مەشقکردن چییە؟ (Internship)

مەشقکردن بریتییە لە ماوەی ڕاهێنان، کە لەلایەن خوێندکارێکەوە لەناو کۆمپانیایەک یان ڕێکخراوێکدا ئەنجام دەدرێت. واتا، لە ڕێگەی مەشقکردن یان پەروەردەی ئەزموونییەوە، خوێندکاران فێری کارەکە دەبن. لە سەرانسەری جیهاندا نزیکەی 70%ی خۆبەخشەکان بە ئاسانی ئۆفەری کار لە کۆمپانیاکان وەردەگرن، کە 56%یان دەبنە کارمەندی هەمیشەیی.

بەپێی ئامانجە ستراتیجییەکانی زانکۆی سۆران، سەنتەری توێژینەوەی ئابووری یەکەمین پرۆگرامی مەشقکردن بۆ خوێندکارانی زانکۆی سۆران لە سەرجەم بەشەکان ڕادەگەیەنێت. بەرنامەکە بێ مووچەیە و بۆ کاری خۆبەخشییە و لە کۆتایی بەرنامەکەدا بڕوانامەی مەشقکردن دەدرێت بە بەشداربووان. لە ڕێگەی ئەم پرۆگرامەی مەشقەوە فێرخوازەکان ئەم کارامەییانەی خوارەوە (کارامەیی سەدەی بیست و یەکەم) پراکتیزە دەکەن و وەردەگرن وەک:

What is an internship?

An internship is a period of training, carried out by a student within a company or organization. Simply put, through internships or experiential education, students learn by doing. Worldwide, about 70% of interns and volunteers receive job offer from the companies easier, which 56% of the become the full employee.

In accordance with the strategic goals of Soran University, Economic Research Center announces the first Internship Program for the students of Soran University from all departments. The program is non-paid, is for volunteering, and at the end of the program participants will receive their certificates of internship. Through this internship program students will practice and receive the following skills (21^st century skills) such as:
